Ingredients For creole corn

  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 2 1/2 c
    tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 c
    whole kernel corn
  • 1/2
    green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make creole corn

  • 1
    Cook onion in butter until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, sugar, seasonings and corn. Simmer 10 minutes. Add green pepper and simmer 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
