This recipe showed up on Facebook. My patient's mother, Donna Burke, told me that it was delicious and she was right. I made this and my daughter who does not eat cabbage loved it.

1 lbsmoke sausage, sliced into thin rounds

How To Make creole cabbage

1Melt butter in a large skillet. Add cabbage, onion, and cook on medium high for about 5 minutes stirring to keep from sticking to pan. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes.
