Easy. Makes 10 servings..3/4 cup each. (Doesn't go that far with most families.) You can use Neufchatel cheese,1/3 less fat than cream cheese instead of cream cheese.

Ingredients For creamy vegetable bake

  • 1 pkg
    (8oz) cream cheese
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    100% grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    dried basil leaves
  • 4 lg
    carrots,diagonally sliced
  • 8 oz
    sugar snap peas
  • 8 oz
    fresh asparagus,cut into1" lengths
  • 1 lg
    sweet red pepper..chopped
  • 1 pkg
    stove top stuffing for chicken

How To Make creamy vegetable bake

    Pre heat oven to 350 Mix cream cheese and milk in large microwaveable bowl.Microwave on high 1 minute,or until mixture is melted and mixture is blended Add Parmesan cheese and basil;stir until blended Add vegetables;toss to coat.

    Spoon into a greased 13x9" baking pan. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on the package;spoon evenly over vegetable mixture.
