I found this delicious recipe on the net when looking for ways to use a bumper crop of Brussels sprouts 2 years ago.

Ingredients For creamy sprouts and noodles

1/2 lbfresh brussels sprouts, quartered

1 mdonion,finely chopped

1 Tbspbutter or margerine

4 ozsour cream
-
4 ozcottage cheese
-
1 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 tsppaprika
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/8 tspcaraway seeds, optional

1 1/2 cnoodles, uncooked

1/2 csoft bread crumbs

1 Tbspmelted butter or margerine
How To Make creamy sprouts and noodles

1Cook and drain noodles. Cook sprouts until tender

2Saute onion in butter until golden brown. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, cottage cheese, garlic, paprika, salt and caraway seeds. Add sprouts and noodles.

3Spoon into sprayed 1 qt. baking dish. Toss bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20 minutes until golden brown on top.
