    frozen pearl onions
  • 1 Tbsp
    unsalted butter
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

How To Make creamy pearl onions

    Thaw the pearl onions and saute in butter until golden brown.

    Deglaze by adding a little water at a time. Add heavy cream and simmer, stirring frequently, until smooth.
