Such a easy refreshing pastas salad to bring to a potluck. I make the night before so all the flavors marry. And I use a creamy dressing which sticks to the pasta and veggies well.

Ingredients For creamy garden veg pasta salad

8 ozcooked drained rinsed tri color pasta

2 cchopped fresh broccoli
-
2ears fresh corn cooked cut off cob

1 lgtomato chopped
-
1 smchopped onion
-
10 smgreen olives sliced
-
2 Tbspfresh chopped herbs of choice (used lemon basil)

1 cof creamy italian dressing
-
s&p
-
juice from half lemon
How To Make creamy garden veg pasta salad

1Boil pasta in heavy salted water, rinse in cold water and set aside. Chopp and dice all veggies.

2Add all veggies to bowl season well with s&p, squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon juice over and mix. Next add pasta followed by dressing, toss well. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and refrigerate for 4hrs or overnight.
