    Salt and Pepper to Taste
1-2 C. julianned snow pea or other edible pea pods
5 Tbsp dried dill OR fresh chopped dill (to taste)
1 medium sweet onion sliced thin
    1/2 C fresh garden peas
    1/4 C skim milk
    1-2 Tbsp Sugar

Combine all ingredients except pea-pods and cucumbers. Mix until smooth and creamy. Taste test as you add vinegar, dill and sugar to find your "sweet spot" more sugar will give it a sweeter taste, less sugar will be zingier. If you over-do the vinegar, cut it with sugar.
