We love creamy coleslaw with pineapple. This one comes out great. Goes great with B-B-Q ribs or pulled pork. If you don't want as sweet you can use less sugar and add a little more apple cider vinegar.

- SLAW MIX

6 cfinely shredded cabbage

2 mdcarrots, shredded

1 Tbspgrated onion

1 candrained pineapple chunks, diced, 18 - 20 oz.

- DRESSING

2/3 cmayonnaise

2 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1 Tbspvegetable oil

2 Tbspcelery seed

1/2 cmilk or half & half

1/2 csugar
How To Make creamy coleslaw with pineapple

1Toss all the slaw mix ingredients together in a large bowl.

2Put all the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk well

3Pour dressing over slaw mix and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

4Before serving, toss well again.
