This is a great slaw for BBQ, especially ribs! I use the 3 blend bagged shredded cabbage for color.

Ingredients For creamy cole slaw

  • 2 lb
    cabbage, shredded
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 2/3 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 c
    heavy whipping cream

How To Make creamy cole slaw

    Mix the cabbage and sugar together until the cabbage is coated.

    Add the apple cider vinegar to the cabbage mixture, making sure to mix well.

    Add the heavy whipping cream to the cabbage mixture and stir well.

    Let set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. The longer you let it set the creamier it becomes.
