Ingredients For creamy cheesy brussels sprouts bake

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 md
    shallots minced
  • 2 lb
    brussels sprouts sliced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • salt
  • 2 tsp
    hot sauce
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/2 c
    shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded gruyere cheese
  • spring onions diced for garnish

How To Make creamy cheesy brussels sprouts bake

    Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a large skillet melt the butter. Add the shallots and Brussels Sprouts and saute for 5 minutes. Add the hot sauce, and salt. Cook 5 more minutes.

    Squeeze a half a lemon over the sprouts. Pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and sprinkle on the cheese.

    Place in oven and bake about 10 minutes. Garnish with spring onions.
