Ingredients For creamy beef & mushroom pasta

1 lbpasta of choice

2 Tbspsweet red pepper, diced

4-6 mdmushrooms diced
-
1 stickcelery diced
-
1/2 conion diced
-
1/2 cbroccoli, fresh diced

2 Tbspdiced roasted garlic (reg fresh diced garlic will work)

1/3 cbeef broth (strong)
-
1-2 cancream mushroom soup
How To Make creamy beef & mushroom pasta

1Dice all veggies, fry in a little butter until almost done, finish frying in 1/2 of the beef bullion. (if your using fresh garlic add at begining of frying, if your using roasted garlic add 5 minutes before done frying veggies) Boil pasta according to package instructions.

2Mix remaining beef broth with 1 can mushroom soup and mix all ingredients together. Add more mushroom soup if you want it creamier. warm in oven on low covered until ready to serve
