    turnips peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 c
    fresh basil chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • salt and pepper
  • heavy cream to make desired consistency

    Add the turnips to boiling salted water. Boil until turnips are soft. Drain.
