Ingredients For creamed spinach & pearl onions

¼ cbutter, cubed

1 pkg(14.4 oz.) frozen pearl onions, thawed and drained

2 cheavy whipping cream
-
½ cgrated parmesan cheese
-
½ tspsalt
-
¼ tsppepper
-
10 ozfresh baby spinach (about 13 cups)
How To Make creamed spinach & pearl onions

1Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions. Cook and stir 6-8 minutes or until tender. Stir in cream and bring to a boil.

2Cook 6-8 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.

3Stir in Parmesan, salt and pepper. Add spinach. Cook, covered, for 3-5 minutes or until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
