This is one of my husbands favorite ways of eating spinach. It's creamy w/ a little crunch to it, and very simple to make.

Ingredients For creamed spinach casserole

  • 6 oz
    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2
    10 oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, squeezed dry.
  • 1/4 c
    1% milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    leemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/3 c
    bread crumbs

How To Make creamed spinach casserole

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 1-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray.

    In lg bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, milk and seasoning until well blended.

    Spoon mix into casserole dish. Sprinkle w/ bread crumbs. Bake 25-30 min, or until lightly browned and bubbly.
