3 cthinly sliced cabbage, red or green

1 tspsugar

1/4 tspsalt

1 dashnutmeg

1 cheavy whipping cream

1 cbread crumbs, fresh
How To Make creamed cabbage

1Preheat oven to 350°

2Spray a shallow baking dish - such as a pie pan - with non-stick baking spray.

3Spread the sliced cabbage around in the dish as evenly as possible.

4Scatter sugar, salt and nutmeg over the cabbage and pour in the cream.

5Top with bread crumbs in as even a layer as you can make it.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
