I love spinach anyway, But I saw a cooking show that made Cream spinach that took about an hour.. That is just to long for anything... So I decide to revamp my old recipe with a little bit of there idea.. It came out pretty good... Did have my camera to take a picture but I will next time..

Ingredients For cream spinach in a hurry...

3 bunchwashed and cleaned spinach, chopped

1/4 cheavy whipping cream

3 clovegarlic chopped finely

1 smshallot, chopped finely

1 tspsalt and pepper
-
1/4 dashparmesan cheese

1/4 tspnutmeg
-
2 Tbspolive oil
-
1 tspred pepper flakes
How To Make cream spinach in a hurry...

1Boil water and salt it. When it came to a rapid boil add spinach cook for 5 minutes. Drain in a cloth, taking out all the excess water.

2Meanwhile, add olive to a med high skillet; saute the garlic and shallots for 1 or 2 minutes. Add drain spinach to pan; combine.

3Add heavy cream, cheese , salt , pepper and nutmeg. Cook for 15 minutes until spinach and the liquid is well mix and cheese is melted.
