I love spinach anyway, But I saw a cooking show that made Cream spinach that took about an hour.. That is just to long for anything... So I decide to revamp my old recipe with a little bit of there idea.. It came out pretty good... Did have my camera to take a picture but I will next time..

Ingredients For cream spinach in a hurry...

  • 3 bunch
    washed and cleaned spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 3 clove
    garlic chopped finely
  • 1 sm
    shallot, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1/4 dash
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes

How To Make cream spinach in a hurry...

    Boil water and salt it. When it came to a rapid boil add spinach cook for 5 minutes. Drain in a cloth, taking out all the excess water.

    Meanwhile, add olive to a med high skillet; saute the garlic and shallots for 1 or 2 minutes. Add drain spinach to pan; combine.

    Add heavy cream, cheese , salt , pepper and nutmeg. Cook for 15 minutes until spinach and the liquid is well mix and cheese is melted.
