Ingredients For corn scallop

  • 17 oz
    can cream style corn
  • 1/2 c
    saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 c
    carrot, finely shredded
  • 1/4 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 c
    evaporated milk
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 6
    drops of hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika

How To Make corn scallop

  • 1
    Combine the first 12 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Pour corn mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and paprika; bake an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
