I got this recipe from my sister Audrey who always took this delicious side-dish to our annual Family Reunions. It is so delicious! I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

Ingredients For corn pudding

  • 2 can
    cream style corn
  • 1 can
    whole corn
  • 5 lg
    slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    minced onions
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 3/4 stick
    melted butter

How To Make corn pudding

  • 1
    Combine the 3 cans of corn and the slightly beaten eggs. Mix together the sugar, cornstarch, salt, mustard and minced onion. Stir in the milk and melted butter..

    Pour into a greased 3 qt. casserole dish and bake in 400* oven for 1 hour, stirring once. This is a delicious side dish.
