This recipe was given to me by my Aunt Sarah. It was my Grannys recipe. I am expected to make this at every Thanksgiving dinner. Never come home with any for later. It is the best. I cook this as our dessert for a meal. I double this recipe by 4 and 6 times for different family reunions.

Ingredients For corn pudding

  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    margarine
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 can
    17oz. cream corn
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • dash of salt and pepper

How To Make corn pudding

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients except corn well. Add corn, stir and pour in a shallow casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
