My family always made this delicious pudding for the holidays.

Ingredients For corn pudding

6 Tbspbutter or margarine-softened

2 Tbspsugar

2 Tbspflour
-
1 tspsalt

4eggs
-
2 ccorn (drained)

1 cansweetened condensed milk
How To Make corn pudding

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Blend together butter(or margarine), sugar, flour and salt.

2Add 4 eggs to mixture and beat well. Stir in 2 cups of corn (drained) and 1 can sweet milk.

3Pour into buttered 9x13 dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir once while baking when it begins to bubble. Enjoy!
