My family always made this delicious pudding for the holidays.

Ingredients For corn pudding

  • 6 Tbsp
    butter or margarine-softened
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    corn (drained)
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk

How To Make corn pudding

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Blend together butter(or margarine), sugar, flour and salt.
  • 2
    Add 4 eggs to mixture and beat well. Stir in 2 cups of corn (drained) and 1 can sweet milk.

    Pour into buttered 9x13 dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir once while baking when it begins to bubble. Enjoy!
