fresh corn, in the husk! not stripped!
How To Make corn on the cob (roasting ears)
-
1Preheat oven to 350.
-
2Trim off tassles, and sticking out little pieces of husk.
-
3Place ears directly on oven racks. Roast at 350 for 20 min. Remove to large bowl or plate. Leave the husks ON until you take an ear. They will stay warm much longer. Also, the silks will just kind of fall off the ears when you husk them warm. Provide a "husk bowl" at the table. No more boiling away all the vitamins, and dumping them down the drain!!!
