This is an easy no mess way to cook corn be it for two or twenty. I took this to a picnic and it was a huge hit. I just lined a cooler with aluminum foil. placed corn in cooler and put foil over top. Stayed hot for a long time,

How To Make corn on the cob (baked!)

    Heat oven to 350* Leave silk and husks on corn and place directly on middle oven rack. bake for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes take out of oven, shuck and roll in melted butter if desired.
