Ingredients For corn fritters

3ears corn

1 cgrated zucchini

4 clovegarlic minced

2green onions chopped

2 lgeggs

1/2 cbuttermilk

4 ozgoat cheese

salt and pepper

1 cflour

1 tspbaking powder

oil for frying

1/2 choney

1 tspred pepper flakes
How To Make corn fritters

1Mix the honey and red pepper flakes together and set aside. Grill the corn to get a nice smoky char on them then cut the kernels off the cob.

2In a small bowl mix the flour and baking powder together. In a large bowl mix the corn kernels, zucchini, garlic, green onions, egg and the goat cheese together. Season with salt and pepper.

3Stir in the flour mixture. Add oil to a large skillet. Pour small amounts of batter onto hot pan. Cook 3 minutes per side to get them browned and cooked through.

4Serve drizzled with the honey mixture.
