I came up with this recipe for a Thanksgiving work potluck. Everyone wanted the recipe.

Ingredients For corn casserole with bacon and jalapenos

1 pkgbacon

4 cancorn - 29 oz each can
-
2 cancreamed corn - 15 oz each can
-
4 ozdiced jalapenos - not drained

8 ozcream cheese - cubed
-
2 cshredded mexican cheese blend

1 cmilk
-
1 boxjiffy corn bread mix
How To Make corn casserole with bacon and jalapenos

1In large pot cook bacon till crispy and then break into pcs. Set pcs aside.

2Put all remaining ingredients into pot bacon was cooked in. Make sure to leave some of the bacon grease in the pan for flavor.

3Mix all together and add bacon pcs. Cook till heated through and cheese is melted. Serve.
