Ingredients For corn casserole

  • 2 can
    16-oz. cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 10 slice
    bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 3
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 1/2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, grated

How To Make corn casserole

  • 1
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Mix flour and sugar together, then add to eggs. Stir in corn, 3/4 of the bacon, salt and pepper and cheese. Put into buttered 11x7 inch pan. Top with remaining bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Makes 6-8 servings.
