2 can16-oz. cans whole kernel corn, drained

10 slicebacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

3eggs

2 Tbspsugar

1/4 cflour

1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1 1/2 csharp cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make corn casserole

1Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Mix flour and sugar together, then add to eggs. Stir in corn, 3/4 of the bacon, salt and pepper and cheese. Put into buttered 11x7 inch pan. Top with remaining bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Makes 6-8 servings.
