Ingredients For corn casserole

  • 1 stick
    margarine, softened
  • 1 pkg
    corn muffin mix (small)
  • 1 can
    creamed corn (14.75 ou)
  • 1 can
    corn, drained (11 ou)
  • 8 oz
    sour cream

How To Make corn casserole

    Mix ingredients. Place in casserole dish.

    Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Do not stir.

    Bake approximately 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
