Ingredients For corn casserole

1 lbbacon
-
1/2 cmargarine or butter

1/2onion chopped
-
1/2 ccelery chopped

5 Tbspall purpose flour
-
2 csour cream
-
kernels cut from 6 ears of corn

salt and pepper

1 Tbspparsley minced
How To Make corn casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 Butter a 9x13 inch baking pan.Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crisp.Transfer to paper towel to drain,then crumble & set aside.Melt the margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat.

2Saut'e the onion & celery until soft.Stir in the flour,then the sour cream,until well combined.Add the corn and most of the bacon bits and season with salt& pepper to taste.

3Pour into the prepared dish and sprinkle on remaining bacon bits and parsley.Bake until lightly browned 30-40 mins.
