Ingredients For corn-augraten

  • 6-8 lg
    ears of corn cooked on the grill carmalized then cooled and corn removed from cob
  • 1/4 stick
    butter
  • 1 sm
    red pepper,chopped fine
  • 1 bunch
    green onions[both white and green],chopped fine
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 lg
    eggs,beatin
  • 2 c
    dried and toasted bread crumb,divided
  • 2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese,divided

How To Make corn-augraten

    preheat oven to 375 spray a round pyrex dish with nonstick spray set aside
  • 2
    in med fry pan put butter cook til it melts add peppers and onion cook til soft add all to large bowl that corn is in
  • 3
    stir well add eggs to heavy cream mix well add to corn mixture put bout 1 c the bread and 1 c the cheese in with corn stir... if real moiste add more bread but not all of it stir

    now mix rest of bread and cheese together sprinkle on top of corn

    bake at 375 for 25-35 min
