Ingredients For corn and macaroni casserole

1 canwhole kernel corn and juice

1 cancream style corn

1 cansmall can, chopped green chilis (opt.)

1 smonion, chopped

1/2 cchopped red or green bell pepper

1 stickbutter or margarine
-
8 ozprocessed cheese, cubed
-
1/4 cevaporated milk
-
1 celbow macaroni, dry
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make corn and macaroni casserole

1Mix together corn, onion, pepper, chilis (opt.) and dry macaroni. Slice butter into the mixture along with the cheese. Add milk. Add seasoning to your liking. Pour into a greased casserole dish with a lid.

2Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove lid and stir. Add more milk if mixture seems dry.

3Continue baking, uncovered, for another 30 minutes until top is a little browned and macaroni is tender. If mixture seems too dry, add more milk. Some corn has more liquid than others. Let set a few minutes, covered, and serve.
