2 cansliced carrots, drained

1 cgreen peppers, diced

1red onion, diced

1 ccelery, diced

1 csugar

1 cantomato soup

1/2 cvinegar

1/2 ccanola or corn oil

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make copper pennies

1Place in a large bowl the carrots, peppers, onion and celery.

2Mix soup, sugar, vinegar and oil together. Pour over veggies. Salt and pepper to taste.

3Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
