I haven't tried these yet, but they sound really good. I got the recipe from a Realage email. I haven't had any bad luck from recipes I've gotten from Realage.

Ingredients For confetti crisps

  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    each of peeled & thinly sliced purple potatoes, carrots and parsnips

How To Make confetti crisps

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Mix the oil and seasonings together, add the vegetables, and toss to coat.

    Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet lightly sprayed with olive oil.

    Bake for 20–25 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
