Ingredients For company carrots

  • 2 lb
    carrots
  • 1/4 c
    chicken or vegetable broth
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    plain bread crumbs
  • chopped parsley - optional
  • paprika

How To Make company carrots

  • 1
    Peel and cut carrots into small strips. Cook in boiling water until tender. Do not over cook. Arrange the carrots in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking oil.

    Combine broth with mayo, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper. Pour over the carrots. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Enjoy
