I am a lover of Greens of any type, and I think these are one of the easiest things to grow in my garden. I always have an abundance. I can them and even go out pick them and have fresh greens with a pork chop dinner and dinner can't get any fresher than that. Just Picked and No preservitives. I cook any greens just like this. Collards, Mustard, even dandilion greens. My husband knows how I love GREENS, and he taught me about Dandilion greens, and he was right I LOVE THEM. Never knew I could pick a weed and love them, till I met him.
