Ingredients For coleslaw w/bacon

  • 1 pkg
    coleslaw mix [16 oz,]
  • 4-6 slice
    bacon, cooked and chopped -- [i prefer the thick sliced]
  • 1/4 c
    carrot, finely grated
  • 1/8 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 c
    red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing, cold
  • dash
    black pepper

How To Make coleslaw w/bacon

  • 1
    1. Combine all ingredients. - You may need a tad more or less of the dressing. Just so it's nicely mixed, not soupy.
