Ingredients For coconut milk street corn

  • 4
    ears of corn
  • 2 c
    coconut milk
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • salt

How To Make coconut milk street corn

  • 1
    Place the coconut milk and butter in a large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer to make sure it doesn't over flow the pan. Add the ears of corn and let cook until done about 7 minutes.

    Remove the ears of corn and salt and roll in Parmesan cheese. Serve
