classic potato salad
Here's my recipe for potato salad, great for summer when vegetables are fresh!!! This potato salad is awesome for potlucks and picnics and is a family favorite and many requests for the recipe.

Ingredients For classic potato salad

9new potatoes, steamed until tender, chopped in bite size pieces
-
6eggs, boiled, chopped in bite size pieces

1medium sweet onion, chopped in bite size pieces

3stalks celery, chopped in bite size pieces
-
1large cucumber, chopped in bite size pieces
-
3radishes, sliced thin, then quartered
-
2 cmiracle whip, or hellmann's® real mayonnaise
-
1/2 cwish-bone® deluxe french salad dressing
-
1 Tbspcoleman’s dry mustard
-
2 Tbspparsley flakes
-
garlic salt and fresh grind pepper, to taste
How To Make classic potato salad

1Combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, Wish-Bone® Deluxe French Salad Dressing, dry mustard, parsley, salt, pepper in a small bowl. Whisk together, making sure there are no lumps of dry mustard.

2In a large mixing bowl combine the potatoes, celery, onion, radishes, cucumbers and eggs and toss gently.

3Gently toss together the vegetables with the dressing mixture, making sure to evenly combine ingredients.

4Cover with plastic wrap, and chill until ready to use or serve at room temperature
