Ingredients For chola(veg chickpea)

  • can
    1 can boiled chick pea.
  • 2 Tbsp
    chick pea flour(besan aata)
  • 1 Tbsp
    chola masala
  • 2 md
    chopped onions
  • 2 md
    chopped tomatoes or 2tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 Tbsp
    coriander powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt or per your taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    asafoetida
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    red chilli powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil

How To Make chola(veg chickpea)

  • 1
    Take a pressure cooker.Add 2 tbsp of oil.Add chick pea flour and onions.Fry till light golden brown.

    Add tomatoes ,asafoetida,corainder powder amd rest of the ingredients with chickpea as well.

    Cover with cooker lid n give 2-3 whistles.Serve hot.
