1/2 Tbsproasted peanut or sesame oil

1 clovegarlic, thinly sliced

1/2 lbfresh green beans, trimmed

1/2 Tbspsugar

2 tspsoy sauce

1/2 tsptoasted sesame seeds
How To Make chinese style green beans

1Just blanch green beans in boiling water. Drain and set aside.

2Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook until just starting to soften and become aromatic.

3Add the green beans and stir-fry until they begin to soften. Stir sugar and soy sauce. Continue to cook for five more minutes.

4Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve!
