1 Tbspvegetable oil

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspfinely chopped peeled ginger

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

6 ozsugar snap peas, cut into 1-inch pieces

6 ozsnow peas, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 cfrozen green peas
-
1 1/4 tspsoy sauce

1 tspsesame oil or peanut oil

1 Tbsptoasted sesame seeds or sunflower seeds
How To Make chinese pea pods

1Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a 12-in. skillet until hot, then stir fry ginger and red pepper flakes about 1 minute.

2Add sugar snap peas and snow peas and stir fry until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.

3Add the frozen peas and stir fry until hot, about 2 minutes.

4Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and sesame (or peanut) oil.

5Sprinkle with seeds and season with salt to taste.
