Ingredients For chinese coldslaw

  • 1 pkg
    clodslaw mix
  • 1/2 c
    fresh snow peas
  • 2-3 sprig
    spring onions, chopped thin
  • 1/4 c
    toasted , slivered almonds
  • 1 Tbsp
    toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 pkg
    ramen noodles broken into small pieces toasted
  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    sugar u can use more or less to taste
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp
    soy sauce

How To Make chinese coldslaw

  • 1
    in small sauce pan bring both vinegars, soysauce, and sugar to just a boil and sugar is disolved ,cool
  • 2
    in large bowl combine coldslaw mix, onions, snow peas,almonds,sesame seeds, and ramen noodles , and cooled dressing , refrigerate
  • 3
    let marinade for 1 hour before serving, top with additional chopped spring onion if desired
