Ingredients For chili cheese frito salad

    (14 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained well

    (14.5 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained well
  • 1
    (4 oz.) jar of pimentos
  • 1/4
    of a green bell pepper, diced
  • 8 to 10
    green onions, diced
  • 1 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    (9.25 oz.) bag of chili cheese fritos

How To Make chili cheese frito salad

  • 1
    Combine the top 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, stir in most of the corn chips (reserving a few to sprinkle on top).
