Ingredients For cheesy roasted head of cauliflower

  • 1
    head of cauliflower
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese cut into sticks
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese shredded
  • fresh dill for garnish

How To Make cheesy roasted head of cauliflower

  • 1
    Place enough water in a large pot to cover the head of cauliflower. Add some salt and bring to a boil. Add the whole head of cauliflower to the boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes. Drain and set the cauliflower on a cutting board.

    Bore enough holes in the cauliflower to add the cheddar sticks and push into the cauliflower.

    Mix the heavy cream, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Brush on to the cauliflower.

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place the cauliflower in a sprayed baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Add the Mozzarella cheese and bake until melted. Garnish with the fresh dill.
