How To Make cheesy onion casserole

1Grease a 2-quart baking dish. In a large skillet melt butter over medium-high heat; add in onions and sauté until translucent and slightly brown, then season with salt to taste.

2Cool and mix in all the cheeses and the soup mixed with milk and soy sauce. Stir gently.

3Toast French bread slices, cut in cubes and set aside. Bake onion mixture uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

4Push bread under onion mixture then sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 15 minutes longer. Serve.
