Ingredients For cheesy broccoli casserole

  • 2 lg
    heads broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 sm
    shallots minced
  • 1/2
    lime juiced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    beau monde seasoning
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make cheesy broccoli casserole

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Boil the broccoli in salted boiling water for 3 minutes drain and set aside.

    Mix the soup, mayo, shallot, egg, juice, garlic, salt and beau monde seasoning together.

    In a baking dish layer half the broccoli then half the sauce, half the Panko and half the cheese. Repeat layers one more time.

    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
