This is an updated version of everyones favorite Green Bean Casserole, using an alfredo sauce instead of soup, and adding Pancetta and roasted red bell peppers. Quick and easy to put togeather, and let the crock-pot do the rest. This recipe is by Robin Taylor Swatt in the Cookbook, ToDays Creative Crock-Pot Cookbook, Second Edition

Ingredients For cheesey alfredo green beans in the crock pot

28 ozpackage frozen , cut green beans

6 ozpancetta, crisped in the microwave and chopped

1 croasted red bell peppers, finely chopped

10 ozcontainer of cheesey alfredo sauce

1/2 tspfreshley ground black pepper

2 1/2 ozcan of french fried onions

1To increase the amount of recipe, you can double all the Ingrediants and use a 5, 6, or 7 Quart Crock-Pot

2Place in the crock-pot -Green Beans, Crisped and chopped Pancetta, Chopped peppers, Alfredo sauce and Black pepper, mixing well to combine, Put on Cover.

3Turn crock-pot to High, AFTER 1 HOUR, STIR - Cook for 3 Or 4 Hours Total on High. _ Just a few minutes before serving Sprinkle the French Fried Onions across the top and Lightley Stir.
