1IN A LARGE BOWL...MIX THE TOP 3 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WELL..
ADD AND MIX IN THE FLOUR
THEN POUR OVER THE VELVETA CHEESE, AND THE SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE -
2POUR ALL INTO 9X13 (GREASED) BAKING DISH...
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES....
(WILL BE EXTREMELY HOT, SO LET IT COOL DOWN A BIT BEFORE SERVING) -
