Ingredients For cauliflower steaks

1head of cauliflower (about 3 lbs)

1/4 colive oil

2 cloveminced garlic

1 tspdried parsley

1/2 tsppaprika

1/4 tsponion powder

1/4 tspcrushed red pepper

1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper
How To Make cauliflower steaks

1In small bowl whisk together the olive oil, garlic, parsley, paprika, onion powder, crushed red pepper, salt and black pepper.

2Remove the leaves and trim the stem end of the cauliflower. Leave the core intact. Place the cauliflower stem side down on a sturdy cutting board. Cut 1/2 inch wide sections.

3Brush both sides of the steak with the olive oil mixture and place on a well seasoned baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes flipping the steaks halfway through the baking process.

4NOTES These steaks are easy to cook on the grill. About 5 minutes per side over medium heat (about 350 degrees). If grilling the steaks cut them 3/4 inch thick.
