  • CAULIFLOWER
  • 1 lg
    head cauliflower, sliced into steaks
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • sweet paprika
  • TAHINI SAUCE
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    tahini
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro
  • 1 bunch
    parsley
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2
    lemon, juiced and zested
  • salt, to taste

How To Make cauliflower steak with green tahini sauce

    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet (you should have about 4). Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika. Roast in oven until browned and a fork can go through easily, about 20 to 25 minutes.

    Meanwhile, place the sauce ingredients in a food processor. Process until well incorporated. It the sauce is too runny, add more tahini. Serve with the roasted cauliflower steaks.
