Ingredients For cauliflower salad

1 lbhead of cauliflower, cleaned, cut in small pieces

1/2 ccelery, cut up

1/2 cpitted black olives, chopped

1/4 cgreen pepper, cut into strips

1/3 cpurple or red onion, chopped thin

italian dressing
-
mayonnaise, to taste
-
lemon juice, optional
-
dashred pepper, optional
How To Make cauliflower salad

1Mix Italian dressing with a little mayonnaise to your desired taste.

2Combine vegetables and add the dressing.

3Chill in refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
