Ingredients For cauliflower salad

  • 1 lb
    head of cauliflower, cleaned, cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 c
    celery, cut up
  • 1/2 c
    pitted black olives, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/3 c
    purple or red onion, chopped thin
  • italian dressing
  • mayonnaise, to taste
  • lemon juice, optional
  • dash
    red pepper, optional

How To Make cauliflower salad

  • 1
    Mix Italian dressing with a little mayonnaise to your desired taste.

    Combine vegetables and add the dressing.
  • 3
    Chill in refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
