cauliflower poppers

This is a recipe I received at a Weight Watcher meeting several years ago. It's a great side dish to any meal and very low in points (however, I think they track differently now).

Ingredients For cauliflower poppers

1 mdhead cauliflower

1/4 tspground cumin

1/4 tspchilli powder
-
1/4 tspground ginger

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 Tbspolive oil
How To Make cauliflower poppers

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking pan with spray or use a silpat liner.

2Cut cauliflower florets into bite sized pieces; place in a bowl. Mix cumin, chilli powder, salt, pepper and ground ginger with olive oil. Pour over florets and toss to coat.

3Spread evenly onto baking sheet. Cook until tender but not mushy.
